Said Saillant

Said is Standards Researcher working on frontier AI risk management and international AI standards. He is a member of the Dominican Republic’s national mirror committee for ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42 and contributes to the OECD’s Expert Group on AI Futures and Global Partnership on AI. A former GovAI Summer Fellow, he served as Senior Researcher on UNIDO’s AI for Industry Action Plan and advised the UK DSIT on regulatory sandbox design. He holds a PhD in philosophy from MIT and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard.
